Kroeoeo

'Hello and is nice to meest you, I am coming from the planet Oeoeo'

Kroeoeo is a young alien who has come to Earth in search of joy after his planet Oeoeo was exploded in a war. He sings softly to a small child in their room about his main goal, which is taking part in what he calls Fun Kitai Furai Dei (Funky Tie Friday) after he hears that it is the source of 'purest gladness'. He is an optomistic character, who is also struggling with a lot of greif for his Dad and his home planet, hoping to find connection with the humans.

Through his generous, kind and gentle actions and his sad story, Kroeoeo inadvertantly impacts Jazz and Shadow Jazz and influences them to stop fighting and to reflect on their actions.

Appearance

Kroeoeo is a large pink and green alien, with small blue accents on his ears, cheeks and nose. He has a boxy head with big eyes at the very top, large protruding ears, a long nose with six nostrils and white cheeks with blue freckles. His main body and head are a soft shade of green, with long black hairs covering him. His arms, legs, nose and ears are hot pink. His neck has two beige rolls of skin at the base, the same colour as his mouth and eyelids.

He does not wear anything, apart from the yellow spotty tie that he is given by the Kid during the song 'Fun Kitai Furai Dei'.

Abilities

• Space Travel - It is implied that Kroeoeo is flying the UFO at the end of 'Cake/Obsolete.

Relationships

• Child - Kroeoeo's friend. The two form a friendly bond when Kroeoeo appears in the Child's room and tells them his story, recieving his own Fun Kitai in return from the Child.
• Fashion Victim - Kroeoeo's friend. The two meet when Kroeoeo gives Fashion Victim a Fun Kitai when he sees him looking sad at the office party. The two become friends and share a hug.
• Kroeoeo's Dad - What it says on the tin. They are seen escaping the war on Oeoeo together, however do not both make it as the two are hit with a laser beam which badly injurs Dad, who dies in front of Kroeoeo. The two seem to be close, as Kroeoeo is distraught. Dad's final action is giving Kroeoeo a tie which seems to transport him away from the planet.

Kroeoeo makes an appearance in three music videos, and speaks in two songs.

Trivia

• Kroeoeo was designed by Sam Campbell.
• In the Child's room, a miniature version of Kroeoeo can be seen sitting on a shelf in the background.
• Archie Henderson has kept the Kroeoeo puppet and it can be seen in the background of a few of his short songs.
